This advanced course is designed for experienced nail technicians who work confidently with gel or polygel and want to speed up their services without compromising structure or shape. Upper Forms (Dual Forms) allow you to create strong, perfectly built extensions with minimal effort and minimal filing.
During this one-day intensive training, you will learn how to correctly use Upper Forms on different nail types and achieve consistent, professional results ideal for salon work. You will be guided through my personal method, developed over years of experience, to ensure clean application, perfect architecture, and long-lasting extensions.

- Duration: 1 full day (8 hours)
- Level: Advanced – suitable for students with previous knowledge of gel or polygel
- Location: Maksymilian Borowy Academy, 26 Eustace St, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 Co. Dublin D02 TR98, Ireland
- Maximum Class Size: 4 students (small group for personal attention)
- Model Requirement: students can bring a model but also can work on their own hands.
- Starter Pack: no started kit in this course
- Equipment Required: everything is provided from the academy, but if the student feeling comfortable working with their own tools they can bring it!
- Support After Training: Lifetime support – students can send pictures of their work for feedback and guidance

- Payment Options: 50% deposit required to secure your place. Remaining balance due on the day of the course (cash or bank transfer)

What you’ll learn:
- Differences between Kohana Upper Forms: salon, pro coffin, pro square
- Correct natural nail preparation and filing for Upper Forms
- Gel and polygel techniques when working with Upper Forms
- How to correctly apply Upper Forms on different nail plate types
- Proper nail construction and structure using Upper Forms
- Creating longer and more extreme shapes such as long coffin and square
- Encapsulated nail designs using Upper Forms
- Marble and princess-style constructed nails
- How to correct mistakes, including under-filing the free edge and refining the cuticle area

All courses are open to students aged 16 and over, unless otherwise specified.
Course Schedule
Courses are scheduled based on demand.
If a course or workshop does not reach the minimum number of participants required to run, applicants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to the next available date.
In rare cases where the course structure needs to be adjusted, students will be notified in advance.
The training centre reserves the right to make changes to course dates, times, or duration if necessary.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the course date.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the course will result in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The same applies to any no-show attendance.
It is the student’s responsibility to remember course dates and times and to confirm any changes with us in advance.
Deposit & Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your course.
